Printsyouwant.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with any pre-printed item that you purchased you can simply return it within 15 days of the purchase for a refund (less the shipping/handling fees). Just make sure all of the items are returned in the condition that you received them in. Any t-shirt that has been worn or laundered may not be returned. If you are unsure if your product is returnable please feel free to contact us via email or call us. Please note that all shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.
Items will not be eligible for a refund if: Item was refused upon delivery, an incorrect address was provided by the customer, item is marked “Clearance” or “Sale” on the website (all clearance and sale items are sold as-is), shirt has been worn, washed, dried, or stained in any way or any custom products we designed specifically per your request as these products were originally approved by you before going to print. So please make sure to review and approve our proofs carefully as that is your chance to make any changes or updates.
Incorrect Address and Return to Sender:
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $10 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.
Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $10 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
If there is a problem with your product, please contact our customer service representatives immediately. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.
Returns are typically processed within a week of when we receive the item back from you. To check the status on the refund, please call your credit card company or bank first to make sure it hasn't been added back to your account. If it still does not show up on the account you used to purchase at the beginning, please call us and we will be glad to provide you with a detailed status.
